My privacy rules are very simple.

Email Addresses
I do not share account information with anyone. I do not sell, market email addresses, or sent third party advertisements. When inviting players to your pool, the site does not store in any way the email addresses typed into the invite form. An email address is required for each accountthe email address is used for myGamePicks.com site notifications and password recovery.

Account Removal
If you email me and ask to have your account removed I will remove the account without storing your email for later use; your account is completly removed. It may still exist on a backup, I appologies now if I have to recover from a backup and your account gets restored.

Passwords
Passwords are kept in the database as a hash, the hash is not reversable, the actual password is not stored. The site is not SSL enabled for loggin in or in any other way. So, your passwords are sent to the server in clear text. I do not make enough money on the site to afford an SSL certificate. The most I have made in a season was a $20 donation a few years ago.

Web Statistics
I keep site usage stats only to see what parts of the site are being used and to check for site performance issues.
